Unit Description:
The 7th Floor Orthopedic Medical/Surgical unit has a total of 38 beds with an average RN patient ratio of 5-6:1. This unit primarily cares for post orthopedic surgical patients as well as general orthopedic, medical patients who are being treated for illnesses including, but not limited to: diabetes, pneumonia, GI, etc.
Our Ideal Candidate...
The ideal Registered Nurse candidate for this department will have a minimum one year of previous inpatient RN experience caring for post orthopedic surgical patients. He/she must be positive, passionate, and professional and will be committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Current Florida Registered Nurse Licensure
* Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association
* Minimum of 1 year of Hospital RN experience
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
