Qualifications:
Must be self-motivated
Must have a positive attitude
Must be proficient in problem solving skills; able to troubleshoot and correct problems
Good mathematical aptitude, analytical skills and basic computer skills
Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and technical aspects of machining equipment
Basic mechanical/hydraulic and pneumatic concept skills related to industrial manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of air compressor equipment preferred
Ability to read drawings, service manuals and blueprints
Essential Job Duties:
Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools
Observe operation of machine and verify conformance of machined work piece to specifications.
Measure and examine tools in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
Perform inspection of machined products including documentation of results.
Complete and maintain paperwork for parts.
Read drawings/blueprint or job order for product specifications
Perform routine mechanical maintenance on machining equipment.
The CNC Machine Operator Shift:
4:30pm - 3am M-Th Plus overtime (May train on day shift)
The CNC Machiner Operator Pay:
$13-16/hr DOE (may consider higher rate for experience)
