Hiring 6 healthcare, provider relations coordinators in North Austin

Details:

• This is a project based position supporting the contracting team. Due to some recent process changes they have a backlog of provider contract applications that need to be processed and/or audited.
• This role will require a combination of customer service phone-work, email correspondence and data entry or data processing. They will be speaking with providers through inbound and outbound calls with the intent of completing provider enrollment applications and/or auditing.
• The estimated length of this project is 2 months. These projects are subject to extension but no certainty.

Qualifications:

*Must have a HS diploma or GED.

*Credentialing or Provider Relations is preferred.

*Healthcare experience is strongly preferred such as; Health Insurance or Hospital or a Doctor's Office. Any role where customer service and administrative skills for patients, members or providers was required.

*If no Healthcare must have 2+ years of business, corporate or professional office experience.

*Must have working experience with Word and Excel.
