Job Description
To deliver prompt and courteous service to guests. Also ensure orders for servers are completed in a timely maner.
Responsibilities
* Delivery of beverages to guests
* Efficiently producing drinks and completing beverage orders for servers
* Clean and maintain bar service area to standard
* Polish glassware, silverware and other items in accordance with standard
* Able to stand on your feet for up to eight hours a day
* able to lift 20 pounds
* efficient time mangement of drink requests, polishing, and anything requested by management
Qualifications
* Knowledge of restaurant mnues, specials, buffet offerings and hours of operation
* Ability to use Coffee Maker/ Urn, toaster, microwave, beverage machines, bus rays, dishware, silverware, glassware, queen mary cart, telephone, micros
* Knowledge of hote facilities and city attractions
