Outbound Services Advocate for Largest Insurance company in US!

- Make welcome calls to Provider offices to ensure satisfaction of service.
- Available, as scheduled, to follow up with customers/providers regarding claims payments, benefits, eligibility, and certification issues.
- Investigate issues and document steps taken to achieve resolution.

$13-15/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule: M-F 8-5

Start date: Aug 28th

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience within a professional setting
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • 30+ WPM
