We have a client that is looking for Machine Operators. Our client is willing to train if candidate has experience working around large machines. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and be dependable.
Training Shift: M-Th 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., F 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Permanent Shift: M-Th 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., F 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 6 months in a warehouse or manufacturing/production, heavy equipment environment, must be able to work in a team situation and stand for long periods of time. Position starts off as temp-to-hire position for the initial training period. Successful full time hire will have a proven history of reliability and good attendance, be punctual and believe in a safe work environment. This position does require a good attention to detail and eye hand coordination. .
*load or unload material or work piece into machinery
*move or fit heavy objects
*Confer with other workers about machine setups and operational specifications.
*Operate forklift equipment as necessary.
*Maintain forging unit area in a neat and orderly manner.
*Must be comfortable in Heavy Machine environment
