- Warehouse Operator will support the production team and the manufacturing process through operational systems.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives raw material and supplies. Slot these items in a storage location and ensure the information is accurately entered into the Inventory systems. Stage raw materials in the production locations and in the production room.
- Moving and staging product and materials using equipment (order/cherry picker). Use radio frequency equipment for picking and load function.
- Process Material Requisitions from production. Ensures the transactions are accurately entered in the Inventory systems.
- Ensures the transactions are accurately entered in the Inventory systems.
- Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods at all time.
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks to material handling equipment, including battery charging, battery exchange, battery maintenance (water, checklists, etc.), and general cleaning.
- Housekeeping duties including all forms of warehouse cleanup not limited to waste, wood, general refuse disposal, wiping, wet and dry cleaning.
- Successfully meet company expectation in regard to accuracy, performance, and attendance.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

Education
- High school diploma / GED
Additional
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English, and understand instructions given in English.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.
- Indoor conditions, cold/hot temperature changes, wet, noise, vibration, fumes, odors, dust, and mechanical/electrical/chemical hazards.
- Ability to move product, supplies, and boxes up to and over 75 lbs. repetitively. Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, visual acuity-near and far, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.
- Ability to work overtime as needed and assist in other areas of the branch.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Work Experience
- 2-3 Years of work experience in a similar position in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Order Picker / Cherry Picker certification preferred

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure while possessing exceptional sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently in a diverse work environment and ability to work well with others in order to accomplish team objectives.
- Proficient in arithmetic.
