Performs clinical and professional pharmaceutical work in the compounding and dispensing of drugs and IV supplies. Must demonstrate proficiency in providing pharmaceutical services to persons of all ages, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric population.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:
v     Graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy with BS or higher in Pharmacy.
v     Iowa Pharmacy License that is current and in good standing.
v     2-3 years hospital experience preferred.
v     Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
v     High degree of empathetic listening, tact and kindness toward others.
v     Ability to communicate well verbally. Must work effectively as a member of a team.
v     Strong computer knowledge
v     Technical skills associated with duties listed within this job description. Must be competent in all assigned areas.
v     Must demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills as required for this position.
