Our Drivers Average $1,100 per Week.
- Our Refrigerated fleet drivers make up to $0.39cpm; Flatbed drivers make up to $0.43cpm (starting pay dependent on experience and fleet assignment)
- Average miles - 2700 to 3000 miles per week
- Generous bonus opportunities
- Mostly No Touch Freight
- Tarping pay (Flatbed)
- Rider program
- Affordable health insurance for you and your family
- Quality home time - Generally 10 to 14 days on the road
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 23 years old, 21 or more for Students
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Veterans: Must have CDL school certificate and 12 months of verifiable OTR experience or 24 months verifiable OTR experience.
- Students: Must have CDL school certificate from accredited truck driving school.
- No DUI/DWI, drug/alcohol violations, or Reckless Driving violations in the past 5 years
PAY & BENEFITS
- Our Drivers Average $1,100 per Week
- Running 2,700 - 3,000 miles per Week
- Doug Andrus drivers average 40 cpm (starting pay based on experience & fleet assignment)
- Vacation Pay
- Doug Andrus runs keep you out for 10 to 14 days with 1 day home for every 7 days out
SCREENING
- Be able to pass DOT physical and a functional capacity test (i.e. Worksteps)
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
