French Speaking Client Consultant - Full-time / Part-time

Our client in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a Permanent Client Consultant for their Call Center. The Consultant will be working with people going through the Donor process. See below for a job description and qualifications.

This person will be the face of the company and holds people's hands through the process. They are essentially the ones closing deals and bringing in new clients. It's all done over the phone so people need to have a good phone presence as well as know how to deal with people. Be empathetic and treat others as you would want to be treated.

Manages emotional or complex customer situations with clients and network partners promptly and professionally while meeting commitments for service, sales and assistance.

Educates prospects/clients and determines customer requirements and expectations to secure all relevant direct sale opportunities.

Enrolls clients into the computerized contact management system and conducts follow-up calls when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French Preferred.
• Sales Background; either over the phone or up-selling/cross-selling in a retail environment.
• Great phone presence.
