Human Resource Manager

We are hiring for a HR Manager in Sterling, VA - interviewing immediately!

Background we are looking for:

• 5-7 years of recent HR generalist experience, with strong leadership and hands-on capabilities in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Performance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
• Bachelors degree in HR Management or equivalent experience.
• Professional HR certification
• Experience working in a rapidly growing and fast paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relationships with all levels of an organization.

We are looking for someone to:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee on-boarding, new-hire orientation and exit interview processes.
• Develop and administer employee training programs.
• Interact with and oversee outside providers for employee benefits, keep records related to enrollment and changes.
• Update employee handbook and create policies and procedures.
• Suggest and maintain employee development and reward programs.
• Work closely with manufacturing and finance to oversee time and attendance tracking and compliance with applicable regulations
• Maintain personnel records in compliance with federal and state laws.
