General Summary:
Identify and implement business process automation including: process improvement assessments, creation of business requirements documents and supporting business case information used to prioritize projects, project management of systems, launch, reporting or other projects, manage UAT processes, analyze support performance metrics and identify root cause and improvement initiatives, manage program action item log, communicate with and between the program, all support organizations and the client.

- Job Specifications:
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- 3-5 years Management experience
- Process Innovation
- BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years Management experience preferred
- 3-5 years Previous experience in sales or sales back office
- Strong background in business operations
- Strong experience in system implementation
- PMP Certification preferred
- Additional Specific Duties &Responsibilities:
- Operational expert for assigned programs
- Interface with support organizations to improve program capabilities and performance
- Owns and manages program issues list
- Writes business requirements documents, related business case documentation and creation of project requests (i.e. Systems and reports)
- End-to-end Project Management of all systems implementation, program launches and other related projects through stabilization
- Performs discover on new clients
- Process documentation and library management (systems, launches, annual BAU reviews)
- Manages UAT and stabilization to ensure smooth deployments
- Prepares and participates in client communications
- Other duties as it relates to operation support to the programs
