The Keystone Adventure Center is home to the largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor ice rink in North America. The Adventure Center team strives to provide a magical experience to our guests each and every day. Are you service-oriented, enthusiastic, and have a passion for ice skating or the mountains? Do you have experience in customer service, cash handling, or food and beverage? The attraction attendant is responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing excellent customer service, renting ice skates, and light food and beverage at the snack bar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet each guest with a smile
• Assist customers with skate rentals
• Complete cash and credit card sales on point of sale
• Complete sales at the snack bar, including alcohol sales
• Monitor ice rink to enforce rules and safety guidelines, including acting as a skate guard if intermediate level skater or above
• Light cleaning and basic maintenance
• Assist with special events 
• Able to work in both a fast and slow paced environment

Job Qualifications:

• High School degree- preferred
• One year previous cash handling experience – preferred
• Previous guest service experience – preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays – required
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal – required
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification- preferred
• Current TIPS certification or the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire- required 
• Previous experience in food and beverage including alcohol sales – preferred
