Information Systems Seasonal Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oversee the seasonal Information Systems team and the daily operation of the park's Information Systems help desk. This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest experience while still enforcing all park/corporate policies and procedures.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

* Overseeing all help desk functions of the Information Systems department
* Supervising seasonal Information Systems team including training and evaluating
* Providing proper coaching and development for seasonal Information Systems team to ensure the department maintains the highest standards for responsiveness, professionalism, and competency
* Administering the department audit program, ensuring technicians complete regular audits of all systems to meet/exceed park and corporate standards
* Providing technical support to park guests and staff in a positive and professional manner
* Deploying, installing, supporting, and maintaining all Information Systems equipment including computer hardware, software, network, phone, audio-video, point of sale, and ticketing systems
* Responding promptly to all support calls and work orders
* Documenting technical issues and resolutions through use of help desk software
* Maintaining an accurate inventory of all supported hardware and software
* Maintaining and updating equipment and network documentation, including network drawings, equipment layouts, and as built documentation
* Monitoring and maintaining all Six Flags Media Networks systems, including Six Flags TV and Six Flags Radio
* Completing daily checks and audits of critical park systems, including point of sale, ticketing, Season Pass, and network health
* Ensuring 100% compliance with all Information Systems policies and procedures
* Enforcing all Six Flags Fiesta Texas policies
* Assisting in other areas of the Information Systems Department
* Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Education and/or experience equivalent to an associate's degree in Management Information Systems or a relevant Information Technology related field
* Excellent organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve computer/network related issues
* Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions
* Ability to perform physical labor required to move equipment around a large property
* Knowledge of cabling infrastructure and network topology
* Knowledge of Microsoft Products including Windows 7, Windows 10, Active Directory, and Office
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
