About this job

Responsibilities:

  1. Serves as specialist on the installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
  2. Diagnose electrical/electronic system malfunctions and prescribes repairs or changes in work and design practices
  3. Ensure tasks are executed in the most effective manner in regards to time, cost and function
  4. Plan and coordinate work in accordance with work requirements utilizing drawings and manuals
  5. Report equipment and required documentation changes in line with company procedures
  6. Champion company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and practices good housekeeping
  7. Reports or correct unsafe working conditions or practices
  8. Some travel will be required for setup and installation of our systems.
  9. Perform all other duties, as assigned
  1. 2 years’ electrical experience
  2. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout and wire equipment according to prints
  3. Experience with programming or troubleshooting PLC preferred
  4. Team player, able to take direction and be self-directed when needed
  5. Owns own tools to perform electrical tasks
  6. General knowledge of low voltage control and high voltage power
  7. High regard for safety standards
  8. Knowledge of welding and automated assembly
  9. Strong written and oral communication skills
  10. High School Diploma or GED
  11. Journeyman’s or successful completion of electrical apprenticeship preferred
