Supervisor - EpicMix Racing - Winter Seasonal - Keystone Resort - Full-time / Part-time

The EpicMix Race (EMR) Supervisor works with Keystone Competition Services. This position is responsible for the daily operations of EMR. In addition to EMR this position will be involved in USSA races, Middle/High School races, Group races, Ski Club races, USASA events, special events, and other daily Competition Services operations.

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Schedule and supervise EpicMix Racing staff.
• Supervise set up and tear down of EpicMix Racing daily and other races and events as needed.
• Supervise the daily operation of EpicMix Racing.
• Oversee RPOS and EpicMix Racing products, trouble shoot systems, close and generate daily reports.
• Oversee the installation of trail fencing, safety features, and signage at EpicMix Racing and other race venues.
• Oversee the training and keep records of the training for EpicMix Racing Staff.
• Participate in event planning with Keystone's Marketing, Group Sales, and Corporate Sales Departments.
• Participate in the budgeting process for EpicMix Racing.
• Work as a contact person for Keystone Ski and Ride School as it pertains to EpicMix Racing and other Ski and Ride School race events.

 Job Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent  (College Degree - preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience running an EpicMix Race venue.
• Prior experience working with USSA, USASA, Middle School, High School and other events.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• 3+ years of mountain operations experience.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Must be an expert at the set-up, operations and troubleshooting of Split Second timing, EpicMix Racing timing and communication Infrastructures.
• Advanced Knowledge of RPOS.
• Must be an expert skier or rider.
• USSA member - prefer chief of course and timing certifications.
• Must be fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / MS Outlook / MS Excel.
• Will be required to work extended hours outside in alpine mountain environment with variable weather conditions including snow, wind, cold and sun.
• Will be required to work weekends and holidays.
