This will depend on specific needs. Shifts available days, nights, and weekends.
As a Private Duty LPN you will:
* Assess client's health and safety
* Administer Medications
* Ensure proper nutrition and hygiene
* Coordinate changes in care needs to Case Manager
Required Skills
* Current LPN license required.
* Dependable transportation is essential.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Current TB Screen
* Current CPR Certification
