Basic Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to read, understand and communicate in English
  • Must have transportation to report to assigned location(s) on time as scheduled
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided
  • Have access to WiFi
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including possibly the day before and after major holidays, including weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • HS Diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the work day and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Able to stoop, squat, walk and stand throughout your work day.
  • Able to climb stairs and ladders.

These are physically demanding jobs that can require a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. The physical environment may include work in a back stockroom with limited lighting and less than ideal conditions.

Positions Available:  All positions are part-time

These part-time positions offer an hourly wage rate and a generous mileage reimbursement for travel between multiple stores.

Merchandiser Positions
Retail Merchandiser:  You are our first point of contact with our retailers and customers. In this role, you will handle all aspects of product merchandising in your assigned stores. This includes stocking, straightening, replenishing and tracking the inventory of Hallmark products, both inside and outside of the Hallmark department. To view the job preview video:
 
Retail Merchandiser Floater: You are part of our merchandising team, working with our retailers and customers. In this role, you will support peak service, season and installation work weeks by assisting with product merchandising in various stores within a define geography. Installation Merchandiser Floater: You are a part of our installation team. In this role, you will build fixtures, move card departments, install new stores, remodel card departments, perform Hallmark product revisions and merchandise new Hallmark product. Supervisor Position:
For these supervisor positions, we are looking for people with strong supervisory experience, leadership and organizational skills.
 
Territory Supervisor: You will supervise a service team of Retail Merchandisers to ensure well-maintained Hallmark departments, within an assigned territory. In this role, you will coordinate and manage service activities, along with develop strong relationships with store personnel. To view the Retail job preview video:
 
Installation Supervisor: You supervise an installation team of numerous part-time merchandisers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team during revisions, remodels, relocations and new store installations. The work hours will vary every week depending on business needs. Trainer Positions:

For these trainer positions, we are looking for people with strong training experience, leadership and organizational skills.
 
Installation Trainer: You train the Installation Merchandisers and the Installation Supervisors on their respective roles at installations. The training will be conducted during installation activities at stores that are scheduled throughout a large geographical area.
 
Territory Trainer: You train Retail Merchandisers and Territory Supervisors on their respective roles. In this role, you will train and coach new and existing employees in stores throughout an assigned geographical area.
