Mechanical Assembler

Job Description:

Mechanical assemblers are responsible for building HVAC units. Candidates will work off of shop floor paperwork to build the units. Responsibilities include, basic hand tool use, riveting sheet metal together, lifting components in place in the units with a team of other assemblers.

2nd Shift

2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

90 DAY CONTRACT TO UNION

Must Have:

-Must be able to read a tape measure

-Knowledge of blueprint reading
-Must have at least 6-12 months of experience working in a mechanical position requiring the use of hand tools
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
-Must be willing to submit to a DT/BG
-Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
