Job Description
The Concierge must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our residents. The Concierge will professionally represent our Company and create an unrivaled life experience through innovation and commitment to excellence to all residents.

Essential Functions
Opens door, greets shareholders, residents and guests in a cheerful welcoming manner‬‬‬

• Arrange services and provide direction
• Provide personalized service to the residents
• Deliver packages
• Assist with the move in and move out experience
• Record keeping of vehicles, phone numbers, guests, preferences and service providers
• Ensure that the building lobby and exterior are kept impeccably clean at all times
• Ensure the building is secure at all times
• Report any incidents, elevator malfunctions or conflicts to management immediately

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality preferred
• High School or equivalent
• Must have flexibility in regards to schedule - ability to work overnights, weekends and holidays
• Proven team player with high level of energy and commitment to ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
