Our Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of a team of recruiters working at a staffing agency. They create long-term strategies for their organization, and are responsible for hiring, training, and guiding a team of recruiters. They set staffing targets and then assist the staff in achieving them.
Branch Managers also generate leads through marketing and networking. They cultivate strong client relationships by meeting with clients frequently to understand their needs so that they can address them through customized staffing solutions. They are skilled at both attracting new business and closing deals. Branch Managers are always building the company’s profile, looking for more business and finding the best ways to promote it.
Additionally, Branch Managers ensure that all financial performance goals are met. They oversee the attainment of budgeted sales and profit goals through business development and growth of the customer base.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Respond to and proactively manage customer service
Plan and direct branch recruiting activities to successfully meet goals and objectives.
Recruit, train and mentor our staffing consultants.
Prepare for and launch new accounts, including recruitment, screening and interviewing of line level team members.
Complete administrative functions i.e. payroll, new hire paperwork, i-9s, Everify, backgrounds, new hire orientations and safety orientations, unemployment cases, Workman's comp cases and attorney general cases.
Qualifications :
Must be Bilingual.
Successful Branch Manager Skills and Characteristics:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience
2+ years leadership experience - preferably in the hotel, staffing or comparable industry
HR knowledge a plus
Reliable transportation
Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction
Honest and ethical team player
Strong computer and time management skills
Ability to learn and work with new programs.
