Cooks: Our Cooks are "palate-pleasers." They're the ones responsible for bringing our menus to life-- carefully crafting all of our inventive culinary creations and plating them in a manner that's worthy of a five-star experience. This is not your typical bowling alley fare, and it requires a special kind of cook to unleash all this culinary brilliance. To do just that, we need professionals who can follow our menu manual and consistently prepare exceptional cuisine while controlling our costs. Dishwasher

"You gotta roll up ya' sleeves..." Kanye's not right about a lot of things, but he does make a valuable point about the importance of kitchen cleanliness. Bowlero's Dishwashers are flatware-sanitizing samurais, rolling up their sleeves to clean appliances and other kitchen surfaces, remove trash, return items to inventory, and wash our glasses and flatware to make them sparkle and shine. Occasionally our Dishwashers clean items the old-fashioned way (i.e., by hand), but for the most part they work with our automatic dishwashing machine-loading it with soaps, monitoring temperature, and reporting any breakdowns. Our Dishwashers are some of the best in the biz; we don't want no scrubs-just people who will scrub.

Porters: As a member of our janitorial staff, you're committed to making your surroundings sparkle. Our Clean Team is a special group of individuals who are responsible for the cleanliness of the venue, sanitizing all surfaces in our kitchen and bar areas, stocking our bars with glassware, replenishing our bar cooler(s), and changing out products (like empty beer kegs) as needed. You'll vacuum, wax, mop, and dust your way towards making your venue look as shiny and new as possible. We pride ourselves on providing world-class service at each of our distinctive venues--and that service begins with a first-class commitment to clean. B-Mechanic/Experienced Mechanic State-of-the-art equipment requires top-of-the-line talent, which is why we're looking for experienced mechanics (or "B-Mechanics") to keep our venues in superb working order. The entertainment experience here goes way beyond your typical bowling alley, requiring mechanics who are technically proficient and can remedy issues in a discrete, professional manner. Our experienced mechanics monitor/maintain the venue's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems on a daily basis, performing urgent repairs and preventative maintenance, and adhering to all Bowlmor and OSHA-mandated safety procedures while they do so. These experienced mechanics also act as mentors to our newer mechanics, training them to troubleshoot pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions--all while our guests are bowling. C-Mechanic/Entry-Level Mechanic State-of-the-art equipment requires top-of-the-line talent, which is why we're looking for promising entry-level mechanics (or "C-Mechanics") to help keep our venues in superb working order. Technically minded and open to direction, our C-Mechanics assist our more experienced B-mechanics in maintaining the integrity of our pinspotters/setters, our lane and scoring equipment, and our other venue equipment by performing urgent repairs and routine maintenance. C-Mechanics take part in our rigorous and rewarding training program and are responsible for resolving pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions--all while our guests are bowling. Our goal is the same as yours: to turn you into a skilled mechanic who can keep the party going (especially when something breaks).
