Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the supervision and training of specialists. This position will assist with the quality control, researching, and auditing of the digitized documents, in addition to testing and implementing new projects. Also will communicate with the customers who access the images in Content Manager, as well as our IS&S Support Team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist manager in training the specialists in KOFAX, Content Manager and the New Hire Packet Workflow.
• Communicate and problem-solve with our customers who access the digitized documents.
• Research quality control issues within the KOFAX system.
• Audit digitized documents in Content Manager and the New Hire Packet Workflow.
• Assist manager and IS&S Support Team in testing and implementation of new projects.
• Responsible for verification of time cards in Kronos for department staff.
• Provide feedback to manager on performance reviews of team members.
• Serve as backup to the Imaging specialists.
• Supervise any additional shifts needed to maintain Service Level Agreements.
• Assist manager with special projects.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Desired Previous Job Experience/Qualifications:

• Associates degree in a Business related field of study preferred.
• Human Resource exposure preferred
