Employee Center Attendant - Full-time / Part-time

Keystone Uniform Coordinator

The uniform attendant will issue & take receipt of Keystone Ski Resort Uniforms to/from mountain division staff; maintain the uniform inventory in an organized manner both physically and within the Uniform Manager Computer system. The attendant will also be responsible for cross training in RPOS transactions.  Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Issue uniforms to Keystone Ski Resort mountain staff using computerized system
• Take receipt of uniforms being turned in & charge for cleaning and missing items as necessary
• Keep accurate records of sales or charges for missing items as necessary
• Prepare uniform items for repair / cleaning as required & liaise with vendors
• Keep the uniform room in a clean and organized format
• Ensure uniform room distribution area is fully stocked with available uniforms
• Ordering items necessary for the smooth running of the uniform room and maintaining distribution / receipt systems
• Track helmet distribution
• Assists employees coming into the Keystone Employee Center for passes, benefit coupons, etc.
• Assist with sales in the Employee Store
• Assists with employee activities such as Supper Club, parties, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Clerical / Office Experience
• Cash Handling Experience
• Intermediate Computer Skills - Microsoft Office

•  High School Diploma - required.
• Fluent English written and spoken - required.
• Valid Driver's License - required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs - required.
• College Degree - preferred.
• RPOS experience - preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Uniform Handling Experience
• Uniform Manager Client Experience
