I have a small 3 bedroom home in McKinney, TX that I am starting a vacation rental service on. It has been quite busy in the past month.
I usually clean it but am going back to work in August. It's basicaly like cleaning a hotel room. All linens need changing, towels need washed and put back in closets, dishes put away, floors clean, glass mirrors cleaned, floors, toilets etc. Paper towels, TP re-stocked.
For me alone, it has been taking about 3 hours. (I have extra linens and bedspreads so no need to wash them; we just swap them out for clean ones).
My budget is $75.00 for 3 hours. It will be about 2-4 times per month with about 3-10 days notice. (11:30 - 2:30)
