We're looking for a career-minded, customer-oriented General Manager to oversee operations at our fast-casual
restaurant. As a GM/Lead, you will be responsible for embracing and promoting our culture, providing leadership to Shift
Leaders and Team Members and ensuring that customers are provided with an outstanding Zoup! experience.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage and motivate Team Members to ensure that all restaurant positions are performed
properly and that our high standards for quality, service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness are met
? Nurture a passion for the culture and our 14 Zoup!isms operating principles
? Implement all Zoup! programs and procedures to control costs and drive sales
Job Requirements
? 1+ years of restaurant experience
? Excellent communications and customer service skills
? Computer literacy with ability to create and interpret key reports
? Highly aware and extremely thorough in everything you do
? Strong desire to create an outstanding customer experience
