Summit Veterinary Referral Center in Tacoma, WA seeks Emergency Veterinarians to join our practice.
Summit is seeking additional full or part time emergency clinicians to join our exceptional team. Our emergency clinicians provide support to, and are supported by, all services in the hospital. Current departments include ER/CC, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, surgery, ophthalmology, radiology, and cardiology.
Successful applicants are internship trained, experienced in advanced care settings, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. We offer competitive compensation with production bonus and comprehensive benefits including CE stipend, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage.
Summit Veterinary Referral Center is not your typical state of the art 24 hour emergency and specialty center. Our DVM team is outstanding and genuinely enjoys cross-service collaboration. We believe in morning cageside rounds. We support strong relationships with our referring doctors and offer frequent small-group format continuing education events which encourage formation of new relationships and connections. We recognize that our staff is our greatest resource and strive to take very good care of our people. In 2016 we added several emergency clinicians, an oncologist, and veterinary social worker to our team.
