Sunrise has an immedaite need for a highly skilled and experienced compesnation analyst at it's corporate headquarters location in McLean, VA (Tysons Corner). The selected incumbent will report to the Director, Compensation and Benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead development and maintenance of salary structures
  • Conduct salary and benchmark reviews regularly and make recommendations as appropriate
  • Perform wage analysis to ensure market competitiveness
  • Assist with design and administration of compensation plans, including bonus, equity, and variable pay
  • Assist with end-to-end annual performance review and merit process
  • Calculate a variety of annual and interim bonuses and facilitate payment process
  • Manage Long-Term and Short-Term Incentive Programs and ensure accurate administration, payment and communication
  • Model newly proposed incentive plans and changes to existing plans to determine financial impact
  • Serve as a liaison for the Sales Team for sales related incentive plans and projects
  • Advise as a subject-matter expert on a variety of compensation topics
Education/Experience

  • 5-7 years of progressive compensation-related experience with strong emphasis on the calculation and administration of multiple bonus plans
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in human resources management or proven equivalent experience.
  • CCP designation a plus
Qualifications and Skills

  • Expert-level financial modeling & superior analytical Excel skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple commission, incentive, and bonus plans of varying complexity
  • Must possess superior mathematical skills and be able to compute complex calculations and statistics
  • Broad knowledge and practice of compensation areas
  • Experience in the design, implementation, management, and communication of compensation programs
  • Must be an excellent communicator (both written & oral), able to present informative executive level presentations about compensation with clarity and accuracy
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and provide accurate and professional work product
  • Excellent time management skills a must
  • Must be self-motivated and work as part of a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills – commitment to consistent outstanding customer service and an ability to interact with all levels in the organization with a high degree of accurate, insightful information
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Sales Compensation a plus
