Housekeeper - Part-time

Housekeeping/Room Attendant The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is searching for housekeepers to join their team!  Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are cleaned and serviced by hotel standards for future guests.   Housekeepers clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.  You will clean floors, walls and all other surfaces using specified chemicals and equipment; make beds and rearrange furniture as necessary; record room status on daily room attendant sheet; ensure guest supplies are maintained; empty and clean garbage containers; clean and inspect public spaces daily; and complete laundry shifts as needed.  Housekeepers are also responsible for reporting any items in need of repair or replacement to the Head Housekeeper and to communicate the status of rooms to the Front Desk staff.  You will need to maintain an accurate inventory of linen, room supplies and cleaning supplies; and ensure carts are clean and organized.           Preferred Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous cleaning experience
