A day in the life: Store Lead

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Assist the District Manager in the overall management of store operations.
• Share product knowledge and suggestions to fit customer needs and promote pet health.
• Coach and lead Store Members to provide an exceptional guest experience and achieve sales goals.
• Organize special events in the store.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory such as Merchandise Replenishments, Inventory, Adjustments,

        Weekly Cycle counts, Store Transfers, RTV’s, and shipment processing.

• All other duties from District Manager and/or any member of the Natural Pawz Management Team.

Physical Demands:

Ability to move freely upstairs, bend stoop throughout the Natural Pawz Locations. The employee must frequently lift/move animals and items that weigh more than 50 pounds. Employees may encounter animals in the store. The employee must be comfortable around animals.
