THE GIG
The Community Manager is responsible for building the local face of the brand in their community, in line with the &pizza strategies and priorities. They create and execute innovative marketing that encompasses local needs and specificities aligned with the national marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
// Network and collaborate on events with like-minded brand partners to grow &pizza’s brand identity in neighborhoods.
// Organize in-store pizza experiences catered towards community initiatives and brand objectives
// Coordinate and execute &pizza new store openings by preparing collateral for distribution to guests, organizing list of invitees and distribute invitations, and scheduling and managing on-site &team that is responsible for assisting and educating guests
// Assist the &pizza operations team in the educational component of new product offering launches, brand campaigns, and charitable initiatives:
// Draft relevant communication material for tribe
// Build positive brand sentiment by humanizing &pizza online and offline
// Fuel &pizza’s brand promise to support and champion neighborhood cause and charity groups.
// Assist in partnership sourcing of local charities and cause groups for &pizza to help grow further
// Monitor and disperse guest sentiment and experiences to all &pizza tribe members ensuring the all eyes and ears to the ground approach is implemented and acted upon
REQUIREMENTS
// Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or related field)
// 5+ years relevant management experience in consumer marketing, community marketing, experiential activations, events, promotions and/or media
// Must be able to work a Wednesday – Sunday schedule, including early mornings and late nights
// Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts
// Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
// Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
// Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization
// Must have personal vehicle able to be used for work-related transportation
