Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Hiring 3 Spanish speaking customer service representatives to work for a nonprofit organization to assist with insurance enrollment and eligibility!

Details:

• Answering incoming calls from members of the community seeking assistance for a variety human needs such as; financial assistance with rent and housing, food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, medical prescriptions and counseling.
• Communicating with English and Spanish speaking individuals. The main responsibility is to assist callers with access to their needs or referring them to resources that may provide the support they need.
  
  **The 3 current openings are for their healthcare navigation team. These calls will primarily be handling eligibility screening and scheduling people to meet with an Enrollment/Eligibility Specialist. This role requires someone who is very competent at utilizing their resources to obtain information and provide it to the callers.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• 1 year of Call center experience
• 1 year experience in healthcare enrollment experience
• Experience working for nonprofit, case worker, or social worker experience is a plus
