This is a front desk position performing standard Receptionist duties but there will also be various back office administrative support tasks mixed in and they will also be doing executive support duties in terms of scheduling for the CEO/COO and assisting them with any other administrative tasks they require support on. Here is a list of the primary job duties:

-Answer phones and direct calls
-Greet visitors/clients
-Receive and send out mail, FedEx/UPS packages
-Calendar management for the CEO using Microsoft Outlook (appointments, meetings, interviews, events, etc.)
-Manage the calendar for booking the conference room for interviews, meetings, etc.
-Assisting with event scheduling/coordination
-Copying, faxing, filing, etc.
-Scan receipts/invoices to AP department
-Ordering office supplies online
-Manage the reception area and kitchen to keep clean/presentable for clients/visitors
-Various other administrative tasks as directed by the COO and CEO
