Summary

Aerotek is looking for qualified candidates to come and work for a leading Healthcare Administration company within the Westchester County Area! We are looking for a hard working, dedicated, and reliable candidate with an interest in Healthcare and desire to learn about the industry!

Description

  • Checking patients in and out
  • Coordinate selected registration, scheduling, faxing, billing and reporting for contracts
  • Collecting co-payments
  • Develop and maintain medical records to assure that all information is received, recorded and filed in the appropriate manner
  • Entering and maintaining information, medical services, claims and payments
  • Preparing daily action logs for appropriate follow-up by Case Managers
  • Heavy administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Medical Receptionist experience preferred
  • Health care experience needed
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Details

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm

*Must be willing to work 1 or 2 times on a weekend per month*

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
