Our customer in Twinsburg, Oh., is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.


Temp to hire!

8:oo AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

$12.00/hour


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years administrative experience
  • 2 years operations, production, distribution environment



Duties:

  • Manage front door visitors
  • Filing
  • Document minutes for meetings once a week
  • Data entry
  • Order supplies
  • Manage meeting room schedules
  • Mail
  • Update safety boards/bulletin boards
  • Prepare checks received for mailing to lockbox
  • Sort auto-generated reports and distribute
  • Manage/order office supplies, coffee, lunch, equipment and supplies
  • Scanning
  • Answer phones
  • Other duties as assigned
