Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Job Functions:
-Required to operate CNC machinery including CNC Lathes ,CNC Vertical Mills, CNC Horizontal Mills, Gear Hobbers, Gear Shapers, Deburring machines
-Follow operator work instructions
-Checks and replenishes machine with proper fluids
-Follows direction of set up and supervisor
-Responsible for daily housekeeping
-Loads and unloads parts correctly as instructed by training personnel
-Makes appropriate machine offsets to run parts to controlled specifications
-Complete SPC and other quality controlled documents properly and per control plan
-Ability to work with hand and power tools
-Mics/Cals
