Coding and Billing Specialist

Hiring for a Medical Biller and Coder, starts immediately.

This position will be working for a multi-specialty office that is comprised of Primary Care, Hematology, and an Infusion Suite. The main responsibility would be to ensure accurate reimbursement is being received for services rendered.

* Manage all billing functions ensuring claims are billed accurately, timely and in complete compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
* Review Charge slips as documented by the providers and ensure all diagnosis codes and procedure codes are accurate and documented.
* Coordinate with the Providers on most up-to-date coding practices.
* Responsible for all patient billing and patient inquiries on billing.
* Responsible in coordinating insurance reimbursement of care providers.
* Handling all insurance denials.
