 Specifically we are seeking a Full Time, Hourly, Retail Coordinator in our new store opening in Woodland Park, NJ layer this summer. This position requires a flexible schedule to include nights, days, weekends, and holidays. The position is a blend of 50% admin functions and 50%store support functions i.e. customer service, store recovery/maintenance, cash office, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Coordinates recruiting and interview process - Enters and revises weekly schedules

- Plans and conducts new associate orientations - Track the administration of both training checklists and performance reviews

 - Track and maintain accurate payroll records and reports - Track and distribute benefit information - Maintain associate files and records

 - Track attendance programs - Coordinate and assist in recognition programs - Balances register tills, counts and balances safe

 - Researches register and safe variances

 - Places coin and currency orders and prepares funds for next days sales

 - Prepares reports for Accounting and Finance

- Processes Bad Check Payments and Purchase Orders

 - Provides excellent internal and external Customer Service
 

Requirements:

 
- 1-2 years of related administration experience or education equivalent

 - Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

- Must be able top train and work in Paramus until Woodland Park opens in late Summer.

 - Ability to read and interpret documents and reports

 - Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, and Time keeping)
