CNC - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is hiring multiple CNC Operator positions. These positions are available on all shifts with full time hours and potenital for overtime. Pay is based on experience. Please see below for the following job duties and qualifications.

Candidates will:

• Operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathe
• Perform Hand deburring and grinding
• Use hand tools and measurement tools
• Quality inspect parts

Higher level candidates will:

• Use manual and CNC milling equipment
• Perform machining and tool selection
• Use CAD/CAM-Autodesk, MasterCAM, DelCAM
• Write programs, perform machine set ups and operate CNC equipment.
• Determine and maintain proper operational sequences
• Perform mathematical calculations
• Maintain and repair shop equipment as required.
• Create set ups and communicate to others while continuing onto other program requirements
• Use multi-axis (4 and 5)

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Machines
• Ability to read measurement equipment
