Job Description:
A Typical Day as a Travel Consultant Includes:
- Providing amazing service for inbound calls from customers who want to redeem their loyalty points for travel
- Offer complimentary travel products - car, hotel, activities - to enhance the customers travel experience
- Achieve individual performance objectives that contribute to our organizational goals and client expectations
- Receive training opportunities, enjoy fun activities and events, recognition for your hard work
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills! Ability to manage 7-10 programs simultaneously
- Must have 100% schedule flexibility between the hours of 7:00am - 10:30pm, 7 days a week
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay: $12.00/hour
Bonuses: Averaging $250-900/month - no cap!
Shift to Start: Shifts will be determined during training! -Open 7 days a week between 7:00am & 10:30pm.
