PrideStaff Portland is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in Beaverton!
Pay Rate: $16/hour
- CSRs will be taking incoming calls to answer questions about court cases, and information breaches.
- Will be working within several open windows and programs at the same time so need to be very computer savvy and comfortable switching from tab to tab and between windows and programs.
- Should be typing at least 30wpm
- Attention to detail is critical because will be entering and working with personal information
- Will be doing a lot of copy and paste
