The brand new SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Seattle/Issaquah is looking for outgoing, energetic, and customer service focused Front Desk Agents to join our team! This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the hotel as well as completing tasks associated with the hotel's daily operations.

The schedule for this position will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the hotel. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel property management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address guest special requests and transactions in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Handle multi-phone line systems while demonstrating proper telephone etiquette.
  • Communicate with all departments and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Manage financial transactions and record keeping

The following are some of the qualities for our ideal Front Desk Agents:

  • A positive attitude towards your work and co-workers is a must.
  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
  • Basic computer skills: typing, word processing, spreadsheets and email.
  • Ability to make decisions in difficult situations
  • Must be flexible and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
