Position Summary
Performs diagnostic exams as required by the ordering provider. The Radiology Technologist must be able to acquire the proper study and films for the radiologist's interpretation.
Functional Duties

Performs diagnostic exams as ordered by the Practitioners.

Consistently provides quality diagnostic exams for interpretation.

Participates in upkeep of department, i.e, cleanliness of work area, preventive maintenance, stocking of supplies, reports all malfunctioning equipment.

Assists/participates in process change and workflow redesign to maximize staff effectiveness and efficiency to provide high quality patient care.

Must perform Waived lab testing and report test results according to established procedures to ensure the accuracy of test results.
Education/Requirements
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
ARRT Certified or Eligible
