Dietitian - Full-time

Cedarfield, a premier continuing care retirement community, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Dietitian.  The candidate must be knowledgeable and experienced in the clinical setting and in foodservice management. This position oversees all nutritional aspects of Dining Services and manages all aspects of the daily food service operations in our Health Care Center. Duties include facilitating the effective completion of nutrition assessments, care plans, and MDS documentation.   The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree & be a registered dietitian with at least 3 years of long-term care experience.  Knowledge of sanitation principles is required.  We offer excellent salary, benefits package and an outstanding work environment.  EOE
