Commercial Construction Superintendent

Must have 3 years related work experience. Must be motivated, a self-starter and ability to follow instructions. This is a hands on position and you must be willing to do all aspects of the position. Ability to read plans is required. Must be reliable, hardworking, honest and have a take charge attitude. Must have current valid driver's license. This is not an office postion, you will be going to various project locations. Possibility of managing other employees. Salary based upon experience and will be negotiable
