Prep Cook - Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce Hotel and Guest Meals
• Maintain and stock food preparations areas
• Execute prompt and courteous service
• Effectively manage time
• Move at rapid pace for heavy service times

Fundamentals

A high school education or equivalent education is helpful, with a minimum of one-year food prep or service experience preferred.

Knife Handling Experience

The ability to operate, maintain and properly clean culinary equipment is expected. This position requires full mobility and the ability to lifting, carrying and pulling up to 40 pounds.
