About this job

A mid sized company in the Manufacturing Industry is in need of multiple Executive Administrative Assistants in their Lansing, MI office.

This person will be working alongside of Executives in an Administrative role. Candidates will be supporting Executives with a variety of responsibilities such as - creating monthly reports, sending and receiving mail, maintaining client lists, scheduling and preparing meetings and conference calls, booking hotel rooms, etc.. This is an independent role, that will work in a team environment.

Must Have:

  • Must type 40 WPM
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 3+ years work experience in an Executive Admin or Administrative Assistant role
  • 3+ years in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point, and Excel

Standard workweek is M-F 8-5pm.
