RC Staff is seeking individuals with manufacturing/industrial experience to work as machine operators at esteemed client in Twinsburg. This is a SECOND SHIFT position. Hours are 3:30PM-12AM. $11-12/HR DOE
A machine operator is a person trained in maintaining, controlling, and operating machines and equipment that are used in the manufacturing of smaller production equipment and other utility products.
Machine Operator Responsibilities
Include:
- Setting up machines to start a production cycle
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Proven experience as a machine operator
- Understanding of production procedures
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
