About this job

The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate position has broad areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Ensuring customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient
  • Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
  • Continually learning and sharing product knowledge
  • Ensuring entire store (retail floor, dressing rooms, restrooms, warehouse, etc) are kept clean, safe, and functional

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years retail experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptionally friendly and positive attitude
  • English literacy, verbal and written (bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure a must
  • Strong commitment to meeting goals and deadlines
  • POS operations
  • General computer skills & abilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods (5-6 hours at a time), bend and lift 40 lbs, and work on ladders
  • Working longer hours during the summer months of July and August
