Companion For Teen - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for someone to supervise my 15-year-old. Needs someone to supervise and keep company throughout the day due to learning disabilities, medication supervision needs, and immaturity for her age she can not be left alone for extended periods of time. Approximate days needed are: June 8, 9, 12-16 and August 7-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-Sept 1. The last week of August may not be the entire week will have to discuss closer to those dates.
